MYCANDY ARENA

The big day is coming! Finally after 4 years of paperwork and more than 20 months of incessant work to build the Mycandy Arena, we have reached the moment that all fans of this wonderful hobby have been waiting for. The inauguration will take place on March 2, 2025 at our facility where the authorities, our Mycandy girls, DJ sets and all our staff will be present to welcome you in the best possible way. It will be a day with friends, music and modeling entertainment where the passion for engines will become the main glue.

11:00 AM: START OF THE OPENING CEREMONY

Opening ceremony with presentation of the facility and speeches by the authorities present.

12:00 PM: RIBBON CUTTING - MYCANDY ARENA ENTRANCE

Ribbon cutting, ritual photo and entrance onto the dance floor for refreshments with music.

12:45 PM: CEREMONY DEDICATED TO OUR UNFORGETTABLE FRIEND PHILIPPE

Short celebratory blessing with presentation of the Baumberger Curve plaque.

13:00: OPENING OF THE PIT AREA FOR A VISIT TO THE PUBLIC WITH THE PILOTS

Visit Ilibera at the pits where there will be pilots and modelers who will explain the categories of the models.

2:00 PM: START OF MODELING CATEGORY DEMONSTRATIONS

2 hours of racing and demonstrations on the track by expert drivers, where each category will be presented

to the public with a short demonstration race.

3.45 PM: TRACK CLOSED FOR ALL WITH ACCESS TO THE BOXES ONLY

Only the boxes will remain open for visits by the public.

3.45 PM ONWARDS: MUSIC WITH DJ WITH CUSTOMARY AWARDS FOR COLLABORATORS

Awards to collaborators and sponsors with music, mycandy girls and DJ.

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER THE EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED. The new scheduled date will be communicated later.

USEFUL INFORMATION TO KNOW

THROUGHOUT THE DAY, THE USE OF THE TRACK WILL BE PERMITTED ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY TO INVITED PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS.

THE AREAS RESERVED FOR THE PUBLIC PRESENT WILL BE DELIMITED BY BARRIERS: IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CROSS THEM.

UPON ENTRANCE EACH PARTICIPANT WILL RECEIVE A VOUCHER FOR THE COLLECTION OF REFRESHMENTS.

WE RECOMMEND USING THE LENTIAI FOOTBALL STADIUM CAR PARK LOCATED 100 METRES BEFORE THE MYCANDY ARENA TO AVOID UNNECESSARY TRAFFIC JAMS.

MINORS PRESENT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED.

THE ASSOCIATION DECLINES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PROBLEMS, DAMAGES OR RISKS THAT THE USER MAY ENCOUNTER DURING THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE EVENT
